The ANT-X team has been involved in research and education for drones guidance, navigation and control for more than a decade, as well as in related GNC research activities in aeronautics and space.
Today, as a spin-off company of Politecnico di Milano, we share our expertise with the design and prototyping of multirotor UAV platforms and with the set-up and operation of an indoor laboratory facility for UAV flight testing.
To enable academic researchers to achieve a fast transition to practice of advanced methods in the fields of guidance, navigation and control systems; to enrich the experience of students in advanced flight control and robotics courses through hands-on experimental activities.
ANT-X aims at bridging the gap between the needs of the nascent drone industry and higher education institutions all over the world, to contribute to the education of a new generation of engineers.
The drone sector is becoming a reality worldwide. The co-evolution of technology and regulations all over the world has now reached a significant level of maturity. The commercial and professional operation of drones can add value to a wide range of industry sectors thanks to the improving level of automation and, in perspective, of autonomy, in their operation.
